During our contact with you and where we identify you may require expert advice, we will provide details of free debt advice organisations as listed below who can provide impartial advice relating to your financial situation.

To ensure you are provided with a reasonable period of time to seek debt advice, we would ask you to contact us and give us the details of the organisation so that we can suspend all collection activity including letters, calls etc throughout this time.

Finding your payment plan with us difficult or missed a payment?

We appreciate that unexpected bills or expenses can occur at any time. If you find yourself unable to meet your payments with us or have missed payments, please contact us during this time and our agents will be happy to revisit your plan and can work out a new one with you.
